HKB feed pellet production line can produce different size poultry and livestock feed pellet, such as 1.5mm small baby chicken feed pellet , 3-4mm broilers and laying hens feed pellet, 4mm cattle feed, etc. The main machines of feed pellet production line is feed grinder, feed mixer, feed pelletized, feed cooler and packaging.

The main machine is feed hammer mill, feed mixer, feed pellet machine, cooling machine, packaging machine.

Through the Hammer Mill, the granular raw material is crushed into very small. Easy to mix raw material better	This Mixer is used for mixing powdery materials. It has high work efficiency and high mixing uniformity.	HKB feed pellet mill are equipped with stainless steel feeder and conditioner to make high quality pellet.

The cooler to reduce the pellets’ temperature to room temperature to ensure the pellets integrity.	The crumbler is mainly used for crushing feed pellet, and can also for soybeans, corn, soy meal.	The packaging system can be used to packaging the pellet feed into 10 to 100kg per bag, even 1 ton/bag.
