Working Principle

The rotary tubular dryer is an indirect heating contact dryer. It uses the principles of heat conduction and radiation to transfer steam through the wall of the heat exchange tube to transfer heat to the dried material on the other side. The feed end moves to the discharge end and is discharged through the discharge port; the vaporized water is discharged by the fan or naturally, thereby completing the drying process.

• 1-Inside of the sawdust dryer, there are many tubes. During drying process, the hot air will enter into tube-internal by draught fan, while the materials exist tube-external, so that the materials can be dried indirectly, there is no pollution and no color change, also a fire that caused by too high temperature will be avoided successfully.
• 2-Stove It consists of 3 sectors of fire-proof wall, 2 layer brick of every fire-proof wall. Can use coal, wood, diesel, etc. as fuel
