This machine is used to screen and separate large, medium, small, and light impurities from grains.	It is mainly used for the initial cleaning and first screening of grains, for grading the grains, and for centralized cleaning and removal of sand, stones, and mud.	Used in flour processing to break up clumps and diseased grains in wheat, while also removing surface microorganisms, wheat fuzz, and soil from the wheat furrows.
It regulates grain moisture content, effectively improving milling and sieving efficiency, which in turn increases flour yield and quality.	This product is suitable for removing flour adhering to the bran during the milling process of wheat, rye, millet, barley, oats, buckwheat, etc., to achieve a higher flour yield.	Suitable for high-grade grading of wheat, corn, durum wheat, and other grain flour products.
During operation, the material is subjected to crushing, shearing, peeling, and scraping actions, thus achieving a certain grinding effect.	This machine is mainly used to classify mixed bulk materials based on differences in air suspension velocity and particle size. In flour processing plants, it is used to extract wheat coarseness. This machine offers excellent grading, high efficiency, and large-volume extraction of high-purity wheat coarseness, ensuring the production of high-grade flour.
